Dame Christine Ryan, DBE, FRSB, is an experienced non-executive and executive director. She is currently Chair of Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills). A businesswoman and leading expert on education, she advises governments and organisations worldwide on education policy and delivery.

Dame Christine is not only a seasoned scientist but also an author of several scientific, educational, and media publications. Her career includes chairing a national education charity for disadvantaged children, science, regulation, and television.
