David Elms is a CIPD-qualified L&D professional and critically acclaimed comedian and improviser, with over a decade of experience facilitating groups. He founded the playful training company leapday in 2024 and has worked with organisations including Channel 4, Greenpeace, and NatWest to help unlock creativity and play. This year, his cult show David Elms Describes A Room has been performed at Soho Theatre, at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, in Amsterdam, inside a shop, in a design studio - and now, at this conference.
