Impact Producer

Lucy is an Impact Producer with nearly a decade of experience creating meaningful change through storytelling. Since 2016, she has worked across films and podcasts, specialising in campaigns that drive social impact and audience engagement. Lucy is currently working as the Impact Producer on Sky/Expectation’s structured factual comedy series; The Dyers’ Caravan Park and has previously been Outreach Director for Doc Society's Good Pitch Europe and was the Impact Producer on the second series of their acclaimed feminist climate change podcast, Mothers of Invention. She was also the UK Impact Producer for the Academy Award-shortlisted documentary Unrest, developing strategic outreach campaigns to amplify the film's message.

Prior to her impact work, Lucy spent five years managing charity partnerships for ITV's flagship fundraising appeal, Text Santa. Her diverse background spans advertising, casting (including sourcing extras for The Da Vinci Code), and communications at the BBC children's press office. She demonstrated her commitment to social change by establishing a charitable project in Tanzania which ran for six years.
