Confident interviewing every day people as much as A-list celebrities, Ria has interviewed a plethora of people including; Sandi Toksvig and Kim Cattrall about the #MeToo movement; Ruby Wax on the subject of Mental Health and Idris Elba and John Boyega about the on-going diversity issue that is influencing some black British talent to migrate to the US for work.
In addition to presenting, Ria also hosts prestigious industry awards for the Royal Television Society, MIPCOM and the Jack Petchey Foundation and moderates industry panel discussions for BAFTA, RTS Futures and the Media Production Show.
Through her production company, Carpe Diem Media Productions, Ria also presents and produces her own inspirational, digital talk show, Wonder Women TV , a monthly podcast with industry leaders and Wonder Women Live! – the annual, live event held on International Women’s Day that brings 100 phenomenal women together who work in Television and the Creative industries.
In addition to her TV career, Ria is also a mentor for the Media Trust, a mentee of the prestigious Women in Film & Television Network, an ambassador for the MAMA Youth Project and a member of BAFTA.
