Tim is a commissioning editor in the C4 documentaries and factual entertainment department, where he has green-lit a very wide range of genres and styles, from sledgehammer documentary series like The Rise and Fall of Boris Johnson, to controversial reality series Open House: The Great Sex Experiment. Tim’s single documentary commission Me and the Voice In My Head recently won two Griersons and a Broadcast Award. Tim has continually commissioned climate-focussed content across his time at Channel 4, with shows like The Great Climate Fight and Joe Lycett vs the Oil Giant, both of which won the Edinburgh TV Festival Climate Impact Award.
He also oversees all the channel’s Jamie Oliver programming, and was responsible for Jamie’s celebrated Keep Cooking and Carry On series over lockdown, and 2025’s Jamie’s Dyslexia Revolution.
